How do I report an issue?
Use Report Issue from the profile menu to send a screenshot and description.
Updated 2026-08-13
Use Report Issue from the profile / overflow menu — FabricLoop captures a screenshot of the current screen so you can describe what went wrong.
Send a report
- Open the menu from your profile picture (web, bottom left) or the overflow menu on Home and other screens.
- Tap Report Issue. The app takes a screenshot of what you were looking at.
- Describe the problem. On iPhone you can uncheck Upload screenshot if you don't want the image attached.
- Tap Submit. You'll see a thank-you note; we follow up by email when we have a response.
The description needs at least a few characters. On the web, a screenshot is required before Submit is enabled.
See reports from your workspace
Owners and admins can open Settings → Reported Issues to read submissions, their status, and screenshots. On iPhone, Reported Issues is under Help & Support for everyone.
That list is for review — it does not replace Report Issue for filing a new one.
Tips
- Report from the screen where the bug happened so the screenshot matches.
- Product ideas belong on Feature Request (voting). You can still use Report Issue for a suggestion if it isn't listed yet — the prompt accepts issues or suggestions.
