Delete your account from Settings. Confirm twice, type DELETE, and FabricLoop removes the account immediately.

Updated 2026-09-26

On the web app, open Settings → Delete Account, confirm twice, type DELETE, and FabricLoop removes the account immediately.

iOS only: On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, Settings → Actions → Delete Account opens an email to support@fabricloop.com with the subject Delete Account. Send it, and support completes the deletion.

Delete your account

  1. Open the menu from your profile picture and choose Settings.
  2. Select Delete Account (the last item in the settings list).
  3. Select Delete Account on that page. It says this permanently deletes your account and all of your data, and cannot be undone.
  4. When asked Are you sure?, select Continue.
  5. When asked Are you sure, we can never recover your data?, select Continue.
  6. Type DELETE in capital letters, then select Delete Account.

FabricLoop shows Account deleted and signs you out.

What gets deleted

Your login and profile are removed from every workspace you belong to.

  • A workspace where you are the only person is deleted, including its messages, tasks, notes, and files.
  • A workspace you share with other people stays. Your membership is removed. If you were the only owner, another member becomes the owner.
  • Messages you sent in a shared workspace stay, without your name attached. Comments you wrote are deleted.

Save anything you need before you confirm. The deletion cannot be undone.

Tips

  • Sign out leaves your account in place. On the Apple apps, Sign Out of All Accounts does too.
  • Hiding a workspace from the Home switcher only hides the pill. You remain a member. See How do I switch between workspaces?.
  • To leave one workspace and keep your account, ask an admin to remove you.
  • If you pay for a workspace, cancel the subscription in billing settings before you delete the account. The Stripe subscription stays active until you cancel it. See How does FabricLoop billing work?.
