The task dashboard is the fourth view in Tasks, next to list, Kanban, and calendar. It shows how many tasks each person has, how much your team finishes each day, and which tasks are at risk.
Open the dashboard
- Open Tasks.
- Switch the view to Dashboard.
- Choose 7d, 14d, or 30d to set the time window for completed work and throughput. The default is 14 days.
The dashboard ignores the Tasks filter bar so a filter cannot skew the numbers. It follows the group you have selected.
What you see
- Overview — counts for Open, Overdue, Due soon (due in the next seven days), Unassigned, and Avg days to complete a task.
- Workload — open tasks, overdue tasks, and tasks completed in the window for each person and each agent. A task with several assignees counts once for each person. Unassigned work and work owned by former members appear on their own rows.
- Pipeline — open tasks in each task section.
- Priority — open tasks at each priority level.
- Throughput — tasks created and tasks completed each day across the window, plus the average completed per day.
- At risk — open tasks that are overdue or marked High or Critical, with overdue work first.
Drill into the numbers
- Select any count, workload row, pipeline or priority bar, or at-risk task.
- Review the list of tasks behind that number.
- Open a task from that list to work on it.
Tips
- Scan Workload before you assign new work, so a colleague who is already overloaded does not take on more.
- Check At risk at the start of a standup. The overdue and high-priority work is already listed, so nobody has to restate it.
- Select Unassigned to find work that has no owner yet, then assign it.
