How do I invite people to my workspace?
Invite up to 10 teammates by email at a time, or let anyone on your company domain join automatically.
Send email invites from Settings, or turn on domain-based joining so teammates can join themselves.
Send email invites
- Open Settings → Invite.
- Type an email address and press return to add it — you can queue up to 10 at once.
- Tap any email in the list to edit or remove it before sending.
- Tap Send (or Invite). Each address gets a tick once its invite is delivered, or an error if it failed so you can fix and retry it.
Let a whole company domain join
If your workspace allows a specific email domain, anyone with an address on that domain can join automatically without waiting for an invite — this is set up when the workspace is created and shown as a note on the invite screen (for example, "Anyone with an @yourcompany.com email address can join this workspace automatically").
Approving join requests
If someone tries to join your workspace by name instead of using an invite, and their email isn't on an allowed domain, their request goes to Settings → Workspace Invites/Join Requests — visible to owners and admins — where you can approve or decline it.
Tips
- Invites are per-workspace: if you manage more than one workspace, send invites from inside the one you want people to join.
- New members become active members once they start using FabricLoop, which is what your billing is based on beyond the free plan.
