How do I switch between workspaces?

Switch between workspaces from the Home pills, or manage every workspace on your device from Settings.

If you belong to more than one workspace, switch using the pills at the top of Home, or manage them all from Settings.

Quick switch from Home

1. On Home, tap the workspace pill strip at the top of the screen.
2. Tap the workspace you want. A small badge shows unread activity on each workspace before you switch.
3. FabricLoop switches your active workspace and reloads its messages, tasks, and notes.

Manage workspaces from Settings

1. Open Settings.
2. Find the list of Workspaces on this device — each row shows the workspace name, and the one you're currently in is marked with a tick.
3. Tap a different workspace in the list to switch to it.
4. To stop seeing a workspace in your switcher without leaving it, use Hide on that row. You stay a member and can show it again anytime — hiding only affects the switcher on your devices, not your membership.

Tips

• Switching workspaces is per-device; hiding a workspace on your phone doesn't hide it on your Mac.
• If a switch fails, you'll see an alert — try again in a moment, and contact us if it keeps happening.
