The free plan includes unlimited groups and users with 90-day message history, at no cost.

Free means free: unlimited groups and unlimited users, with 90 days of message history, no credit card required.
What you get on Free
- Unlimited groups and users — invite your whole team without hitting a seat cap.
- 90-day message history — anything older gradually rolls off; upgrade to Standard for unlimited history.
- AI voice, capped at 2 requests per hour on Free.
- Test-only agent credits — enough to try AI agents and MCP connections, but not for running them in production.
When you'd upgrade
- Standard (£10/month or £100/year per user) removes the history limit and unlocks production agents, which are billed by usage on top of your seat price.
- Enterprise (£20/month or £200/year per user) adds SSO/SAML, audit logs, and the admin console. HIPAA is available on request through a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — contact us to set it up.
