What is included in the free plan?

Free means free: up to 10 groups and unlimited users, with 90 days of message history, no credit card required.

What you get on Free

Up to 10 groups, unlimited users — invite your whole team without hitting a seat cap. Private groups are included. Creating an 11th group opens the upgrade screen.
90-day message history — anything older gradually rolls off; upgrade to Standard for unlimited history.
AI voice, capped at 5 Voice AI sessions per hour on Free (12 per day).
Test-only agent credits — enough to try AI agents and MCP connections, but not for running them in production.

Standard ($10/month, or $8/month billed yearly / $96/year per user) removes the group and history limits and unlocks production agents, which are billed by usage on top of your seat price.
Enterprise ($20/month, or $16/month billed yearly / $192/year per user) adds SSO/SAML, audit logs, and the admin console. HIPAA is available on request through a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — contact us to set it up.
