Notes

Co-edit documents, turn highlights into tasks, and keep knowledge with your group.

Who can edit a note?

Note access follows your group membership and workspace roles.

Updated 2026-08-13

Anyone who belongs to the group a note is in can typically view and co-edit it — access to a note follows your membership in its group, not a separate per-note permission you set up each time.

How it works

  1. A note belongs to a group when it's created.
  2. Everyone in that group can open and edit the note.
  3. Add or remove someone from the group to change who can reach its notes — see groups and membership.
