How do I find someone on my team?

Browse Team by timezone, name, or status, or search for a person and open their profile.

Open Team to browse the directory, or use Search and filter to Person when you know a name.

Browse Team

1. Open Team from the main navigation.
2. Pick a grouping: Time Zone, A–Z, or Status (online / offline).
3. Scroll to the person. On the web, tap their name to open their profile. In the app, tap their avatar — if messaging is on, that starts a DM; you can still open the profile from there.
4. From a profile you can message them, or start an audio or video call.

If a group is selected in the workspace, Team only lists people in that group. Clear the group filter to see everyone.

Search for a person

1. Open Search (magnifying glass in the toolbar, or Search in the web nav).
2. Type their name.
3. Filter results to Person (or People on the web).
4. Open the result to go to their profile.

Search also finds people in the mixed All results, grouped with messages, tasks, notes, and news.

Tips

• A–Z is fastest when you know the spelling; Time Zone is better when you're deciding who to ping right now.
• Profiles include optional details like about-me, hobbies, and timezone — useful when you're new to the workspace.
• Workspace agents can show in their own section on Team. They aren't mixed into the people directory.
