On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, FabricLoop appears in Siri and the Shortcuts app so you can send a message, create work, or jump to Mentions without opening the app first.
iOS only: Siri and App Shortcuts need a current iPhone, iPad, or Mac (iOS / iPadOS / macOS 27 or later). They are not on Windows, Android, or the web.
You need to be signed in. Shortcuts use the workspace that is currently active on the device.
What you can say
Try phrases like these (say FabricLoop for the app name):
- “Send a message in FabricLoop” — Siri asks who to send it to, then the text
- “Message [name] in FabricLoop”
- “Create a task in FabricLoop” / “New task in FabricLoop”
- “Create a note in FabricLoop” / “New note in FabricLoop”
- “Search FabricLoop” / “Find in FabricLoop”
- “Open mentions in FabricLoop” / “I was mentioned in FabricLoop”
- “Open unread messages in FabricLoop”
- “Open bookmarks in FabricLoop” / “Show saved in FabricLoop”
- “Open approvals in FabricLoop”
- “Open a task in FabricLoop” / “Open a note in FabricLoop”
Use the Shortcuts app
- Open Shortcuts on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
- Find FabricLoop in the app’s Shortcuts gallery (or add an action and search FabricLoop).
- Built-in shortcuts include Send Message, Create Task, Create Note, Search, Mentions, Unread, Bookmarks, Approvals, Open Task, and Open Note.
- Run a shortcut from Shortcuts, the Home Screen, or Siri.
Send Message prompts for a recipient if you have not already picked one.
Tips
- Creating a task or note from Siri uses the workspace you last had open.
- Typed Ask and Voice AI are separate — they are not Siri.
- If a shortcut asks you to sign in, open FabricLoop and switch to that workspace first.
