How do birthdays show up?

Birthdays from profiles surface automatically so the team can celebrate.

Once you set your birthday on your profile, FabricLoop can surface it automatically on the day so your team can celebrate without anyone having to remember or organize it.

How it works

1. Add your birthday in Settings → Profile.
2. On the day, it can appear in relevant places — such as News, a channel, or the People directory — depending on your workspace's setup.
3. Teammates can react or comment the way they would on any other post.

Tips

• You control whether your birthday is visible at all — see setting your birthday for the privacy option.
• If you'd rather keep the day low-key, simply leave the field blank.
