How do I RSVP to an event?

Open the event and add a reaction or a comment. There are no Going, Maybe, or Not going buttons.

Steps

1. Open the event from News, the Events tab, a notification, or a link in chat.
2. Add a reaction for a quick yes, or leave a comment if you need to say more.
3. The author and other commenters are notified when you comment.

Changing your response

Open the event again and change your reaction or edit your comment.

Tips

• Events are news stories with a start and end time. They use the same reactions and comments as any other news post.
• If you need a headcount, ask in the event comments so the answers stay on the story.
