Can we pay by invoice?
Larger organisations can enable custom invoicing — contact FabricLoop to set it up.

Yes. Larger organisations on Enterprise can pay by custom invoice instead of a card. This is not self-serve — contact FabricLoop to enable it.
Request invoicing
- Confirm you want Enterprise (£20/month or £200/year per active member), including SSO/SAML, audit logs, and the admin console if you need them.
- Contact us and mention enterprise invoicing (and any net-term or PO requirements).
- Wait for FabricLoop to enable invoicing on the workspace. Do not expect a self-serve "pay by invoice" toggle in Checkout.
Until invoicing is enabled, paid plans collect payment through Stripe with a credit or debit card.
After it is enabled
- Invoices are issued for active members on your billing cycle.
- Owners and admins can still review invoices from billing settings.
- Agent usage on paid plans can appear as metered line items on those invoices once billing is connected.
Tips
- The regular self-serve checkout remains card-based. Invoice billing is a separate Enterprise arrangement.
- Need a BAA for HIPAA as well? Include that in the same contact request.
- If you only need receipts for a card subscription, download them from the Stripe billing portal — you do not need custom invoicing for that.
