How do I create a workspace?

Sign up and create your first FabricLoop workspace in under a minute.

Sign up, choose a workspace name, and you're in — no credit card required.

A workspace is your team's shared home in FabricLoop: messaging, tasks, notes, news, and AI in one place. Create one if you're setting FabricLoop up for your company or team.

Steps

1. Open app.fabricloop.com, or install FabricLoop from the App Store, Google Play, or a desktop download.
2. Sign up with your email.
3. Choose New when asked whether you're creating a new workspace or joining an existing one.
4. Type a workspace name — it's usually your company or team name. FabricLoop tells you if the name is already taken.
5. Tap Go. You land in the new workspace as its owner.

Joining instead of creating

If a teammate has already created your workspace, choose Existing on the same screen and enter the workspace name they gave you, or use their invite link. If your email domain matches one the workspace allows, you can join automatically — otherwise your request goes to an admin for approval and you'll see a message that it's pending.

Tips

• You can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them at any time.
• The first person to create a workspace becomes its owner, with full control over settings, billing, and membership.
• No credit card is required to explore on the free plan.
