Every note lives inside a group, so the fastest way to browse notes is from that group's notes list — or use search when you know part of the title or content.
Finding a note
- Open the group's Notes list to browse everything shared with that group.
- Or open Search and type a keyword from the note's title or body — see searching across FabricLoop.
- Notes shared as links in chat open directly for anyone who already has access.
Sharing a note
Copy the note's link and paste it into a message, or mention it directly in a channel — anyone who already has access through their group membership can open it immediately. Someone without access will need to be added to the relevant group first.
Tips
- Pin frequently-used notes in their group so they're easy to find without searching every time.
- Archived notes drop out of the default list but remain searchable — archive rather than delete anything you might want to reference again.
