How does FabricLoop billing work?
You pay for active members on a fair, usage-aligned model processed securely by Stripe.
Who counts as an active member?
Someone who uses the workspace in a rolling activity window counts toward billing.
How do seats change when people join or leave?
New active members are prorated; inactive members are credited automatically.
Where do I manage invoices and payment methods?
Owners and admins manage billing from the workspace billing settings powered by Stripe.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Move between Free, Standard, and Enterprise from pricing or billing settings.
Can we pay by invoice?
Larger organizations can enable custom invoicing — contact FabricLoop to set it up.
