What you can ask Stripe

Ask in plain language, with no slash commands. Stripe replies in the thread so the whole team sees the result.

These are examples of the kind of request to try. What Stripe can do depends on your Stripe account and permissions.

How to chat with Stripe in a channel

  1. Enable it for the workspace. An admin or owner opens the Apps tab, switches to MCP, finds Stripe and enables it.
  2. Connect your account. Each person signs in to Stripe once. FabricLoop acts as you, using your permissions.
  3. Message it directly. Select Stripe in the left nav or in Messages to chat with it in its own channel.
  4. Or mention it in any channel. Type @, pick Stripe and describe what you want. It replies in the thread on your message, so everyone in the channel can see it, and you can keep going there for follow-ups.

Read more in the help center: talk to an installed app, the MCP catalog and installing a channel app.

Stripe integration FAQ

What is the Stripe MCP server URL?

The Stripe MCP server is at https://mcp.stripe.com. FabricLoop connects to it for you when an admin enables Stripe, so you do not paste the URL anywhere.

How do I use Stripe in FabricLoop?

An admin enables Stripe from the Apps tab under MCP and each person connects their own Stripe account. Then select Stripe in the left nav or in Messages to chat with it in its own channel, or type @ in any channel, pick Stripe and ask in plain language. In a channel it replies in the thread.

Who can see what Stripe returns?

Stripe replies in the channel thread, so everyone in that channel sees the answer. It uses the connecting person's Stripe permissions, and the connection does not expand anyone's membership in FabricLoop.

Is there an integration you do not have?
