How do I react or comment on news?

Use reactions and comments so announcements get feedback without starting a new channel thread.

Open the story and use the reaction picker for a quick response, or leave a comment for anything that needs words.

Steps

1. Open the news story.
2. Click the reaction icon to add an emoji reaction, or the comment box to write a response.
3. Post your comment — the author and other commenters are notified.
