- Free: $0, up to 10 groups (including private) and unlimited users, 90-day message history, AI voice capped at 5 sessions/hour, test-only agent credits
- Standard: $10/month or $8/month billed yearly ($96/year) per user — unlimited groups and history, production agents (usage-billed)
- Enterprise: $20/month or $16/month billed yearly ($192/year) per user — SSO/SAML, audit logs, admin console
- Agents can use Anthropic Haiku / Sonnet / Opus or ChatGPT Sol / Terra / Luna depending on the work
- Agent model costs are billed directly (separate from seat price); Free includes test-only credits
- HIPAA is available on request via BAA (not a self-serve included checkbox)
